welcome to our Apartment Martina. If you want to ensure a pleasant stay and avoid any misunderstandings, please read our house rules. When you arrive in the apartment, it means for us that you are familiar with them, you agree with them and you will fully aware to them.

- Wireless internet is available throughout the house and is free of charge.
- Stay in the apartment starts at 14:00 on the first day and ends by 9:00 on the last day. The last day is the day when the apartments are vacated. This day is not charged against the total number of days of stay.
- Apartment Martina will clean and prepare the apartment before your arrival.
- Upon arrival at the apartment, guests are provided with bed linen and towels, the guests provide the rest themselves.
- The owners of the apartment may not enter the apartment or use the guest’s personal belongings, except in case of prior announcement and with the permission of the guest. The staff may enter the premises in the absence of the guest only in the case when there is the slightest reason that the premises or the guest are in danger or that the internal rules are seriously violated, and in special circumstances, if they think that their entry is necessary to prevent damage or danger of unpredictable dimensions, such as water spillage, fire, closing the window in case of approaching rain or strong wind. Upon entering the apartment, the host will notify the guests and explain the reason for entry.
- During your stay, we ask you to preserve our environment and rationally use water and electricity.
- Apartment Martina is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your property while you are staying in our premises.
- Please do not turn on the air conditioner in the apartment when the windows or doors are open.
- Please, as a good guest, use the rooms, equipment and inventory available to you with care.
- No visitors are allowed in the apartment.
- Weapons, drugs and other dangerous or flammable objects are not allowed in the apartment. The introduction of additional devices, equipment or machines is allowed only with the special approval of the host.
- Report the damage to +386 30 739 104!
- Pets are NOT allowed in the apartments.
- Please note that you are responsible for and liable for any damage caused by your fault or the fault of a person for whom you are responsible.
- The time of night rest for the apartment starts at 23:00 and lasts until 7:00 in the morning. Guests are obliged to respect the appropriate peace and quiet out of consideration for neighbors and the local population.
- The owner of the apartments is not responsible for the possible disappearance of objects or any value of the guests.
- For all information during the stay, guests can contact the host.
- Please arrange for a rented apartment.
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and the rest of the interior spaces. You can smoke only on the terrace.
- No drugs are allowed on the premises.
- Parties or events are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Accessories for the apartment (pillows, blankets, towels, etc.) may not be taken out of the apartment.
- It is forbidden to use the towels offered by Apartment Martina for cleaning shoes, floors, tables, etc.
- It is strictly forbidden to bring inflammable or explosive materials and objects with an unpleasant smell into the apartment.
- Do not put wet things on the furniture or on the floor in the apartment. It is also forbidden to sit on the furniture in wet bathing suits or clothes.
- When you leave the apartment, close the windows and water taps, as well as turn off electrical appliances (air conditioner, radio, television, oven, etc.)
- A guest who intentionally or accidentally causes damage in the apartment will have to reimburse the full amount of the damage.
- You are obliged to leave the apartment you have rented tidy and undamaged when you leave.
- The terrace must be clean (no remains of empty cans, bottles, full ashtrays, garbage bags, etc.)
- Please notify us immediately of any deficiencies or errors or any dissatisfaction with the service.
- When arriving or leaving the apartment, be as quiet as possible so as not to disturb the neighbors.
- All guests who threaten the comfortable stay of neighbors or the local population will have to leave the premises. The money is not returned to them. Guests are expected to respect their neighbors, local residents and property.
All guests must present a valid photo ID (passport or ID) upon arrival.
